Overview
This is a great opportunity for a Private Client Paralegal with around 3+ years’ experience who’s looking for more autonomy, greater variety, and the chance to really grow something of their own.
You’ll inherit a small, high-quality caseload and have the freedom to develop your own network of referrers and introducers. You’ll be part of a well-established and genuinely approachable team, working from the firm’s Greater Manchester offices and helping to take the Private Client offering to the next level.
This isn’t an urgent hire, the firm is focused on finding the right person who shares their values and long-term vision.
Who we’re looking for
- Experienced Private Client Paralegal with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Confident handling wills, LPAs and probate matters with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working independently and managing own files
- Friendly, client-focused and professional
- Experience working in a paper-light or digital-first environment
- Good IT skills and strong attention to detail
- Bonus: any existing IFA or referral contacts you can bring
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a small caseload of wills, probate and LPAs
- Deliver excellent client service across all matters
- Take an active role in developing the department through business development and networking
- Build new relationships with local referrers to grow your caseload
- Work closely with colleagues across other departments to support cross-referrals
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
- Location: Based at a Greater Manchester office
- Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:15
- Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
- Holiday bonus scheme: Earn extra days based on monthly income targets
