We’re looking for a dedicated Private Client Fee Earner to join a well-regarded team based in Wigan. If you’re experienced in managing your own caseload and enjoy delivering high-quality client care, this could be your next career move.

You’ll work with a supportive, collaborative team and handle a broad range of matters, including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, property protection, estate administration and Lay Court of Protection applications.

You’ll be encouraged to build strong client relationships, maintain high professional standards, and help promote the firm’s services both internally and externally. Who we’re looking for

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced equivalent
  • Experience managing a varied wills and probate caseload (including taxable estates and post-death variations)
  • Knowledge of Lay Court of Protection applications
  • Up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation and Solicitors Accounts Rules
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • STEP qualification or membership of Solicitors for the Elderly is desirable but not essential
