A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Associate or Senior Associate to join a respected, Legal 500-recognised firm in Coventry. You will take on a broad caseload of wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection matters, within a stable and collegiate team environment.
The team is well-established, with a predominantly female staff and a focus on genuine flexibility and work-life balance. This role is ideal for a confident solicitor seeking long-term employment in a firm where quality work, support, and wellbeing are prioritized.
Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Experience across the full spectrum of private client work (wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, COP)
- STEP or SFE qualification advantageous but not essential
- Ability to manage files independently
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Organised, approachable, and a strong team player
