This is a standout opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a Tier 1 Legal 500-ranked private client team with national ambition and an established track record of delivering expert advice across wills, estates, trusts, and tax planning.
The department is headed up by a former Chair of STEP Yorkshire, who has a clear vision for growth. Having built the Leeds team from the ground up, they are now leading the team’s expansion across the country—and want ambitious solicitors who are ready to specialise, grow, and work with some of the best private client lawyers in the market.
You’ll join a collaborative, supportive environment and be encouraged to develop your technical expertise and leadership skills while working on high-quality matters for HNW individuals, business owners, and international families.
Who we’re looking for
- Private client solicitor with 4–8 PQE (Associate/Senior Associate level).
- Confident managing complex caseloads including estate planning, trusts, and wealth preservation.
- Experience with business assets, cross-border estates, or complex trust work is highly desirable.
- Ambitious and technically strong, with a collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
Salary & benefits
- £60,000–£75,000 depending on experience.
- Hybrid working – typically 1–2 days per week in the office.
- Bonus scheme.
