This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Associate to join a collaborative, medium-sized firm in Solihull with a strong reputation for work–life balance, wellbeing and client service.
You’ll take on a varied caseload of mixed private client matters, including residential and HNW clients, all within a supportive team environment that encourages growth, development and long-term progression.

- 5+ PQE Private Client Solicitor/Associate
- Strong mixed Private Client experience
- Excellent technical ability and confident billing management
- Outstanding communication and client‑care skills
- Adaptable and team‑oriented, with a friendly, collaborative approach
- Interest in BD (desired)
- STEP qualified or working towards it (desired)
