Are you an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor who wants to feel genuinely valued and supported? Who we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or CILEX
- Proven ability to manage a caseload of 100–125 files independently
- Strong experience in Employer’s Liability and Public Liability work
- Exposure to RTA and Occupiers’ Liability claims
- Litigation and negotiation expertise with a solid billing track record
- Background in claimant‑side PI work
- Empathetic communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Down‑to‑earth, collaborative and supportive personality
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a caseload of EL/PL, RTA, and OL claims (mainly fast‑track, with some intermediate‑track files)
- Handling matters from instruction through to settlement or litigation
- Delivering client‑centred service and maintaining regular communication
- Contributing to a positive team culture and mentoring others when appropriate
- Integrating into one of two main sub‑teams led by longstanding department heads
