- Who we’re looking for
- 5+ PQE Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Experienced in managing a mixed private client caseload with minimal supervision
- Proven track record advising HNW clients and handling complex estates
- STEP qualified (preferred but not essential)
- Personable, client-focused, and collaborative
- Commercially aware, with a genuine interest in supporting junior team members
- What you’ll be doing
- Managing a caseload comprising roughly 60% probate and 40% wills work
- Advising on estate planning and administration, wills, trusts, and tax‑efficient strategies
- Working with succession planning for family businesses and HNW individuals
- Supporting the wider team’s growth through mentoring and collaboration

- 2 days working from home per week
- Option to compress hours across 4 days
