We’re working with one of the UK’s largest and most tech-forward residential conveyancing practices as they look to welcome a new non-qualified Residential Conveyancer to their growing South Manchester office. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment and is ready to take the next step in their career with a highly respected national name.
Who we’re looking for:
- Don’t have to be a qualified residential conveyancer
- Experience managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload
- Comfortable with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
- Assertive, resilient and confident managing completions and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team structure
- Goal-driven and comfortable working to performance metrics
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a caseload of 40+ residential conveyancing files
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, freehold, and new build matters
- Liaising with estate agents, brokers, lenders, and clients
- Ensuring all transactions are progressed efficiently and compliantly
- Meeting task-specific KPIs and contributing to team performance
- Supporting or mentoring junior staff (depending on seniority)
Salary & benefits:
- Annual bonus based on client generation and performance
