This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor to step into a Partner role, managing a caseload of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth divorce and finance matters while enjoying the backing of a strong, well-respected firm. You’ll join a vibrant and award-winning team split across Manchester and Alderley Edge, with access to high-quality clients and the chance to get involved in business development, mentoring juniors, and shaping the future of the practice.

Who we’re looking for

  • Divorce and finance specialist with Partner-level experience
  • Consistently billing
  • Able to manage a busy caseload of complex HNW and UHNW work
  • Proven business development skills and the ability to generate new opportunities
  • Experience mentoring junior lawyers
  • Good work ethic and collaborative approach, personality fit is more important than any one “type”

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage your own caseload of high-quality divorce and finance matters
  • Work with HNW and UHNW clients, providing exceptional client service
  • Contribute to the growth of the team through business development activity
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider group to deliver joined-up client solutions
