This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to play a key role in the growth of a well-established regional firm in Mansfield. Depending on location, this role offers the opportunity to shape a developing office from the ground up.
Who we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ Private Client experience
- Strong probate and estate administration background
- Proven billing track record
- Supervisory experience (Desired)
- Experience in business development and referrer growth
- Trusts and/or Court of Protection experience (Desired)
- STEP qualified (Desired)
- Experience dealing with HNW clients (Desired)
- Commercially aware, collaborative and hands-on
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own probate-heavy caseload (wills & LPAs included)
- Supporting and supervising junior team members
- Building internal referral relationships with property, litigation and corporate teams
- Developing relationships with IFAs, accountants and other local referrers
- Contributing to the strategic growth of the department
- Helping shape and structure a developing team
- Building capability and strength
- Creating a more structured and scalable offering
