We’re working with a leading UK firm to recruit a Real Estate Lawyer to join their Tier 1-ranked team in Manchester.

This is a standout opportunity for a 5–7 PQE solicitor to join a firm where you’ll do career-defining work on high-profile net-zero and infrastructure projects, while being supported by a genuinely collaborative, people-first culture. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, explore your interests and grow your career in a way that feels right for you.

You’ll join a Manchester team of over 35 transactional real estate lawyers working on matters including large-scale acquisitions, infrastructure schemes, and energy and decarbonisation projects for household-name clients.

Who we’re looking for

• 5-7PQE solicitor
• Experience in real estate transactions such as leases, acquisitions, and disposals
• Net-zero or energy sector experience
• Commercial, strategic mindset with excellent client communication
• Strong drafting, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
• Team-first attitude and enthusiasm for legal tech innovation
• Curious, proactive and resilient personality with ambition to grow

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a caseload of transactional real estate work for high-profile clients
• Working on commercial leases, options, disposals, acquisitions and large-scale infrastructure schemes
• Supporting projects involving decarbonisation and net-zero goals
• Collaborating with partners and colleagues across Manchester and other UK offices
• Using legal tech to support work delivery
• Contributing to team discussions, development and training
• Getting involved in BD and client relationships at a pace that suits you
