Either way, you’ll have full support from a senior consultant one day per week, and the autonomy to manage your own time and diary.

Who we’re looking for:
- A Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ experience.
- Confident managing a mixed wills, probate, LPAs and estate admin caseload independently.
- Commercially aware and relationship-driven, good at engaging with existing clients and generating cross-referral work.
- Interested in either working autonomously or developing a small team.
- Friendly, collaborative and grounded as this is a warm, non-corporate team.
Salary & Benefits:
- £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience).
- Bonus scheme: 15% on billings above 3x salary.
- Hybrid working: Up to 4 days from home.
- Flexible hours and part-time options available (3+ days per week).
