You’ll take the lead in establishing and growing the firm’s Private Client presence in Altrincham, supported by an award‑recognised Wills, Trusts & Tax team that is ranked in both The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. The work is complex, varied and intellectually rewarding. You’ll advise high‑net‑worth individuals on tax‑efficient estate planning, trusts, wealth preservation and the administration of high‑value estates, building long‑term relationships with clients who value trusted, strategic advice.

Who we’re looking for:
- Senior Associate or Partner‑level Private Client Solicitor (8+ PQE)
- Extensive experience advising on complex Private Client matters
- Strong track record working with high‑net‑worth individuals
- Expertise across wills, trusts, tax planning and estate administration
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Commercially minded with strong business development skills
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
- STEP qualification (desirable)
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising high‑net‑worth clients on complex Private Client matters
- Managing a portfolio of high‑value wills, trusts, tax planning and estate administration work
- Developing and growing the Private Client offering in Altrincham
- Building and maintaining long‑term client and referrer relationships
- Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Contributing to the strategic growth of the department and wider business
