- Join a growing Commercial Property team where you’ll work directly alongside senior lawyers from day one
- Build a broader skillset across Commercial Property and Property Finance with hybrid working and genuine progression
- Be part of a people-first firm where learning, mentoring and long‑term careers come before hierarchy
If you’re an NQ-2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor looking for more than a narrow caseload and limited progression, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
You’ll join a growing Commercial Property team at an exciting stage in its development, working closely with senior lawyers on high‑quality transactions while gradually building your own caseload.
Rather than being one of many junior solicitors in a large department, you’ll enjoy regular access to experienced leaders who are genuinely invested in helping you develop your career.
From the outset, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property work, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development finance, real estate finance, bridging finance, rights of way and high‑value refinancing.
The culture is one of the firm’s biggest strengths. Leadership is approachable, collaboration comes naturally, and ideas are welcomed regardless of seniority. People are trusted to develop at their own pace, with genuine investment in long‑term careers rather than short‑term performance.
