A leading national law firm is looking for experienced Grade C Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join its growing team in Manchester. With a long-standing reputation for standing up for the vulnerable and achieving justice for clients, the firm has been named one of The Times’ Best 250 law firms for five consecutive years.
You’ll run your own caseload of medical negligence claims from start to finish, working closely with clients, medical experts and counsel to secure the best outcomes. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with senior colleagues on larger group actions and high-profile cases.
Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in clinical negligence
- Strong understanding of the Pre-Action Protocol for Clinical Disputes and the CPR
- Skilled in analysing and interpreting medical evidence
- Excellent written, verbal and client care skills
- Experience with Proclaim or similar case management systems (desirable)
- AvMa, Law Society or APIL panel membership (desirable)
