From day one, you’ll manage a varied Commercial Property caseload while building relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm.
During your first year, you’ll become a trusted sounding board for junior lawyers, contribute to mentoring and begin developing the management skills needed to support the department’s long-term growth.
As the team continues to expand, you’ll have a genuine opportunity to establish yourself as the natural second-in-command and progress towards Director-level responsibility.
