You’ll be based in the Macclesfield office, managing a varied caseload of residential property matters with the support of a dedicated assistant. Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with 2–5 years’ experience (or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters
- Confident managing a caseload independently from instruction to completion
- Great communication and client care skills
- Experience in business development or marketing (Desirable)
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Supervisory experience (desirable, not essential)
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a caseload of 50+ residential property matters
- Deal with sales, purchases, lease extensions, transfers, mortgages, and high‑value matters
- Work closely with an assistant for admin and file support
- Liaise with clients, referrers, agents and colleagues across four North West offices
- Contribute to business development and marketing activities
- Potential to support or supervise junior colleagues as the team grows
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £42,000–£50,000 DOE
