Are you a Private Client Partner ready for a new challenge where you can build something of your own while being part of a close-knit and collaborative team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected regional law firm and play a key role in expanding their private client offering at their Macclesfield office. You’ll work alongside a broader team that spans four offices and prides itself on both the quality of its work and its supportive culture.
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in private client work
- A well-rounded practitioner experienced in Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration and ideally, Trusts
- Someone who is confident growing a client base, leveraging marketing support and existing internal referrals
- STEP qualified or working towards (Desired)
- A personable, proactive lawyer who enjoys collaborating with others
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling a varied private client caseload, building up work in the Chester office
- Developing relationships with referrers, clients, and other professionals
- Working closely with the firm’s in-house marketing team on BD and events
- Collaborating with colleagues across other offices to provide seamless service
- Playing a long-term role in shaping the growth of the private client team in the area
Salary & benefits:
- Up to £55,000, depending on experience
- 35 days holiday including bank holidays, with the ability to carry over 5 days
- Birthday day off
