This is a rare opportunity to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 Private Client team in Warwickshire as an Associate Partner or Legal Director. Who we’re looking for:
- Technically strong Private Client Solicitor
- Significant experience in Tax & Trusts work
- Broad general Private Client experience
- Demonstrable experience handling complex, high-value matters
- Background from a Legal 500 or strong regional firm
- Confident working with HNW and UHNW individuals
- Ambitious and motivated to build their profile within a leading team
- STEP qualification (Desired)
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling predominantly Tax & Trusts matters for HNW/UHNW clients
- Managing and developing an established caseload
- Delivering technically excellent advice in complex estate planning structures
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers (depending on experience)
- Contributing to the wider growth and strategic direction of the team
Targets are team-based, with a strong emphasis on quality over volume. The focus is on delivering outstanding work and maintaining strong client relationships, not churning files.
