Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3–5 PQE) with strong family law experience
- Background in divorce and finance work, ideally from a quality-focused or Legal 500 firm
- Keen to progress into people management or BD leadership in future
- Confident handling complex and HNW family cases independently
- Business development skills and experience essential
- Mentorship or supervision experience (desirable)
- Strong work ethic and team-focused mindset
- Personable, collaborative, and enthusiastic
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage your own family caseload (divorce, finance, or private children work)
- Work as part of a close-knit team in Cheshire, with support from experienced colleagues across the wider business
- Get involved in business development and networking opportunities
- Mentor junior members of the team as your role develops
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex, ultra-HNW matters
- Contribute to the growth of the team’s regional presence
- Hybrid working – 2 days from home once settled in
