We’re working with a modern, wellbeing-focused firm in Cheadle to recruit a Litigation Solicitor who’s ready to reconnect with the reasons they got into law in the first place. Who we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation and personal injury (claimant or defendant)
  • Able to manage files independently while receiving ongoing support
  • Open to expanding into other areas of law over time
  • Strong client communication and case management skills
  • Someone who values trust, collaboration and flexibility over rigid targets
  • Personality-wise: down-to-earth, empathetic, self-motivated and team-oriented

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing litigation / personal injury caseload from inception to settlement
  • With support, gradually building experience in civil, commercial litigation or family law
  • Working alongside paralegals and admin staff in a close-knit team
  • Supporting junior team members and participating in internal firm initiatives
  • Building strong internal relationships and enjoying a positive, people-first culture
  • Optional: engaging in BD or networking as your confidence grows

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to £45,000 depending on experience
  • 31 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with tenure
