This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation solicitor to join a well-established and ambitious national team operating across multiple UK offices, including Leeds. You’ll be stepping into a busy and growing department with a strong pipeline of work and clear plans for expansion. From day one, you’ll be trusted to manage a varied and predominantly commercial property litigation caseload, working closely with senior lawyers on larger, complex matters. Longer term, there’s real scope to shape your own practice, build your profile, and progress within a team that actively supports development and internal promotion. This role would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and collaboration, and who wants to build a long-term career in property litigation within a supportive, inclusive environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a mixed (predominantly commercial) property litigation caseload
- Advising landlords, landowners, tenants, developers, lenders, investors, and public bodies
- Supporting partners and legal directors on complex cases
- Supervising junior colleagues and contributing to team development
- Playing an active role in business development and profile-raising initiatives
- Ensuring compliance, quality standards, and deadlines are met
Salary & Benefits:
- £47,100 – £72,450 depending on experience
