From day one, you’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with the support of your own legal assistant, giving you the freedom to concentrate on fee-earning and client relationships rather than administration.

Who we’re looking for
Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (Essential)
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
- Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider success of the team

- What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Delivering outstanding client service throughout every transaction
- Working closely with your dedicated legal assistant to progress matters efficiently
- Advising clients on a broad range of residential property transactions
- Maintaining excellent file management and compliance standards
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider Property team
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of the department
