Overview
Private Client Associate role within a large, established Legal 500 team. Generalist Private Client caseload with long-term stability and support. Hybrid working, 35-hour week and a genuinely people-first culture. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded regional firm in Kidderminster.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own mixed Private Client caseload
- Advising on wills, LPAs, estate administration and trust matters
- Delivering high-quality, compliant and client-focused advice
- Working closely with colleagues across offices to support referrals
- Supporting marketing and business development activity where required
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
Who we’re looking for
- Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE
- Experience managing a generalist Private Client caseload
- Strong knowledge of wills, LPAs, estate administration and trusts
- Confident working autonomously while collaborating within a large team
- Comfortable contributing to BD, marketing and cross-referrals
- Full driving licence
Salary & Benefits
