Who we’re looking for:
- Experience managing a Private Client caseload independently
- Broad Private Client experience including wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration
- Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent Private Client qualification
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Good IT and case management skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues
- STEP qualification (Desired)
- 4+ PQE
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a varied Private Client caseload from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration matters
- Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships
- Meeting billing and compliance requirements
- Supporting junior colleagues where appropriate
- Getting involved in business development and networking activities
- Contributing to the continued growth of the team
