This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level Private Client Solicitor (3–6 PQE) to join one of the most exciting growing teams in the Yorkshire market. You’ll work closely with two of the region’s most respected private client lawyers in a high-calibre team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation and is now looking to step up into a more complex, varied caseload with plenty of support and clear scope for progression.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3–6 PQE Private Client Solicitor
  • Experience handling HNW matters, including probate and taxable estates
  • Exposure to trusts and estate planning
  • Background in a well-supervised team at a reputable firm
  • Ideally from a smaller firm looking to step up, or already at a top team and ready for more autonomy
  • Technically sound, commercially minded, and confident with clients
  • Willing to learn and take ownership of files
  • Collaborative, grounded and ambitious mindset

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage your own caseload of wills, trusts, probate and estate planning files
  • Advise HNW individuals and business owners, with estates typically worth £1m+
  • Work under the guidance of highly experienced Partners and a Senior Associate
  • Progress into increasingly complex work and develop deeper technical expertise
  • Help maintain the team’s outstanding standards of client care and service
