You’ll be based in their Harrogate office (minimum three days a week), supported by a team that understands your work and is invested in your success. With a family-friendly ethos, a low-chargeable hours target and a bonus structure that rewards performance, this is the ideal environment to develop your expertise.
Who we’re looking for:
- Experienced Solicitor
- Comfortable working from the Harrogate office 3+ days a week
- Organised, conscientious, and passionate about contentious probate work
- Confident managing key administrative duties and progressing files under supervision
- A collaborative and self-motivated team player
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary between £65,000–£85,000 depending on experience
- 35-hour full-time week, or part-time available
- Family Flex scheme – only 25 billable hours/week required (paid overtime available)
