This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident and ambitious family solicitor to join a growing, people‑first firm. You’ll be based in Doncaster with support from a larger regional team and an award‑winning Head of Department. You’ll come into a manageable caseload with regular new work coming in and the chance to truly make the Doncaster office your own.
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified family solicitor, with experience running a caseload independently.
- Comfortable with advocacy and attending your own hearings.
- Must have experience working on Legal Aid cases.
- Open to all experience levels – from junior to senior – if you’re passionate about family law.
- Confident with business development and raising team profile.
- Private children work specialism.
- Strong communication, advocacy, and time management skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a mixed caseload of divorce, finance, private children and legal aid family matters.
- Building your own caseload and contributing to team targets as the Sheffield presence grows.
- Supporting the wider team through business development and marketing efforts.
- Taking part in advocacy and representing clients at hearings.
- Becoming an integral part of a collaborative team with regular knowledge sharing and peer support.
