Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a family solicitor or partner who:
- Has 8+ years PQE.
- Can run a complex, high-value caseload of financial, children, and non-molestation matters.
- Is commercially aware, confident in billing and converting leads.
- Ideally has Legal 500 experience (desirable).
- Values autonomy and work-life balance, thriving in a remote-first culture.
- Has a positive, open-minded approach and is comfortable discussing innovative ways to deliver legal services.
Salary & Benefits
- £80,000–£85,000 FTE, depending on experience.
- Flexible working – required in the office just once per week, once a fortnight, or even once per month for the right person.
- Part-time options available (three or four days per week).
- Fast-track to leadership – progression to Team Leader or Management.
