Are you an experienced family law partner ready for a fresh challenge in a dynamic and ambitious environment? This nationally expanding boutique is looking for a Family Law Partner to help grow its North West presence, with a focus on developing a high-quality caseload and playing a central role in future leadership.

You’ll have the freedom to work remotely most of the week, attending the Manchester office just once a week (or even less, if needed). With a healthy flow of quality leads coming from the firm’s marketing team, you’ll also have the chance to bring in your own contacts and influence the strategic direction of the team.

There’s no expectation of advocacy or traditional business development — the focus is on delivering exceptional legal advice and building long-term client relationships. The role is ideal for a commercially aware, self-motivated partner who values autonomy and flexibility.

Who we’re looking for

  • Experienced family law partner or senior solicitor with BD track record (essential)
  • Confident running high-value family matters (finances, children, non-mol) (essential)
  • Ability to convert new leads and build rapport quickly (essential)
  • Commercially minded, positive and collaborative (essential)
  • Background in boutique or Legal 500 firm (desirable)
  • Strong local network and client following (essential for top-tier salary)

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to £100,000 depending on experience and following
  • Remote-first role with Manchester office attendance once a week or less
