Who we’re looking for Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3–5 PQE) with strong family law experience Background in divorce and finance work, ideally from a quality-focused or Legal 500 firm Keen to progress into people management or BD leadership in future Confident handling complex and HNW family cases independently Business development skills and experience essential Mentorship or supervision experience (desirable) Strong work ethic and team-focused mindset Personable, collaborative, and enthusiastic What you’ll be doing Manage your own family caseload (divorce, finance, or private children work) Work as part of a close-knit team in Cheshire, with support from experienced colleagues across the wider business Get involved in business development and networking opportunities Mentor junior members of the team as your role develops Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex, ultra-HNW matters Contribute to the growth of the team’s regional presence Hybrid working – 2 days from home once settled in Salary
