We’re looking for a Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor to join a highly respected Legal 500 Tier 2 private client team in Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a caseload of complex, high-value matters, with the ability to shape your practice without being pigeonholed. You’ll be part of an employee-owned firm with no external shareholders, ensuring stability, independence, and a culture grounded in shared success. Despite being one of the region’s largest private client teams, the department retains a friendly, collaborative feel and operates without hierarchy.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE in private client law
  • Demonstrable exposure to HNW/UHNW estates and complex probate
  • Agricultural experience
  • Technically excellent with strong drafting and advisory skills
  • Ideally from a reputable firm known for quality private client work
  • Supportive and approachable, whether client-facing or more technically focused

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running a varied caseload including HNW estates, trusts, probate, wills, LPAs and agricultural work
  • Advising clients on complex trust and tax matters
  • Supporting colleagues with technical expertise and contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Playing a part in business development and growing the higher-end private client offering
  • Working closely with Partners and other senior lawyers to ensure first-class client service

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: £50,000–£60,000 DOE
  • Holiday: 5 weeks per year + bank holidays, increasing with service
  • Hybrid: 2–3 days in the office depending on experience and business needs
