This is an exciting opportunity for a Criminal Defence Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to join a firm on a journey of change and growth, and be part of something genuinely special.

Who we’re looking for

3+ PQE Criminal Defence Solicitor
Solid experience in general criminal defence matters
Willingness to specialise in motoring offences
Confident communicator who can build rapport and convert leads
Ambitious, resilient, and ready to grow with the firm
Advocacy experience

What you’ll be doing

Manage a varied criminal defence caseload
Handle a high volume of inbound enquiries from marketing activity
Work towards increasing lead conversion with support from the team
Contribute to the wider firm strategy as it evolves
Potential to step into a team leader role over time
