A nationally renowned law firm is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Partner to join its growing team in Yorkshire. With a pipeline of high-value property and finance deputyship matters already in place—including over 1,300 deputyships and 2,000 clients nationwide—you’ll step straight into meaningful, career-defining work. There’s no expectation to bring work with you; instead, the focus is on leadership, team development, and continuing to deliver the excellent standard the firm is known for.
Who we’re looking for

• Experienced Court of Protection solicitor already operating at Partner level or ready to step up
• Proven ability to manage complex deputyship caseloads independently
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive the department’s growth and vision
• Passion for vulnerable client work and delivering outstanding client care

Salary & benefits

• Salary from £75,000–£100,000+ depending on experience
• Fully expensed car, fuel, parking
