Who we’re looking for
- 6+ PQE (or 3+ if exceptionally strong) in transactional corporate law
- Experienced in handling M&A, shareholder agreements, restructures, and business sales
- Comfortable running deals and mentoring junior lawyers
- Commercially sharp, strategic, and an excellent communicator
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a collaborative, low-ego mindset
