Who we’re looking for:

  • Solicitor (ideally NQ–3 PQE) or paralegal with 6+ months’ contentious probate experience
  • Interest in specialising and building a career in this niche area of law
  • Good general litigation experience
  • Excellent client care, organisation, and communication skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and keen to learn

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting on contentious probate files and gradually building your own caseload
  • Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and third parties
  • Drafting legal documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Progressing cases under supervision, with growing autonomy over time
  • Contributing to team billing targets and supporting the wider litigation team
  • Participating in training and development to sharpen your skills
