An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm in Lancashire. You’ll work alongside one of the firm’s Managing Partners, gaining direct exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.

Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ PQE commercial property solicitor
- Experience handling a mixed caseload of landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, development, commercial leases, and property finance
- Background in national or regional firms — high street and larger firm backgrounds are equally welcomed
- Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to practice development
- Strong client management skills and a collaborative mindset
- Keen to take an active role in business development and mentoring junior colleagues
