You’ll be based in the Chester office, managing a varied caseload of residential property matters with the support of a dedicated assistant. You’ll be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team. Who we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with 2–5 years’ experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters
  • Confident managing a caseload independently from instruction to completion
  • Great communication and client care skills
  • Experience in business development or marketing (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with case management systems
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Supervisory experience (desirable, not essential)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage a caseload of 50+ residential property matters
  • Deal with sales, purchases, lease extensions, transfers, mortgages, and high-value matters
  • Work closely with an assistant for admin and file support
  • Liaise with clients, referrers, agents, and colleagues across four North West offices
  • Contribute to business development and marketing activities
  • Potential to support or supervise junior colleagues as the team grows

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £42,000–£50,000 DOE
