A boutique, commercially minded family law firm is looking for a talented Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing North West team. If you're tired of rigid hours and unnecessary face-time, this could be your chance to step into a truly flexible, remote-first role without compromising on career development or quality of work.
You'll inherit a warm caseload of complex family matters â often involving finances, children and nonâmolestation â with the majority of new instructions coming directly from the firm's highâperforming marketing team. You'll focus on conversion and client care, with no business development or advocacy work required, and get handsâon support from a dedicated Sales Director if needed.
As the firm continues to grow nationally, you'll have a clear path to step into a team leader role, supported by a senior lawyer to help you enhance your leadership skills and take the next step in your career.
Who we're looking for:
- 5+ PQE family solicitor (essential)
- Comfortable running your own caseload independently (essential)
- Strong communication and commercial awareness (essential)
- Confident converting new enquiries from prospective clients (essential)
- Boutique or Legal 500 background (desirable)
- Positive, openâminded and values workâlife balance (essential)
Salary & Benefits:
- ÂŁ55,000âÂŁ80,000 FTE depending on experience
- Partâtime options (3 or 4 days) available
