You’ll inherit a busy and varied caseload from day one, ranging from straightforward wills to multi-million-pound estates and complex probate matters, with supervision available if needed. The emphasis is on quality, flexibility and long-term career development rather than long hours or aggressive billing.
Who we’re looking for:
- Private Client Solicitor with 7-10 years’ PQE
- Experience handling wills and probate matters independently
- Comfortable working autonomously, with supervision available when required
- Ambitious and keen to develop long-term within a growing team
- Exposure to higher-value or HNW estates (Desired)
- STEP qualified or working towards STEP (Desired)
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own mixed Private Client caseload
- Advising on wills, probate and estate administration, including HNW matters
- Working autonomously with access to supervision and support
- Attending client appointments primarily in the Bolton office
- Being part of a stable, collaborative team with excellent staff retention
There is no requirement to generate work, with plenty of instructions already available.
