This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and collaborative team in Altrincham.

They are looking for a qualified solicitor who can take on an existing caseload and contribute to a friendly, growing department.

Who we’re looking for

• 2–6 PQE Private Client Solicitor
• Experience handling your own wills, LPAs and probate caseload
• Broad Private Client experience ideal, but probate-only backgrounds considered
• Self-sufficient, with support available where needed
• Qualified solicitor (essential due to team structure)
• Senior solicitors: able to support and mentor junior lawyers
• Team-focused, professional and client-centred

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a varied private client caseload (wills, LPAs, probate)
• Deliver high-quality, client‑focused advice
• Work closely with a supportive team of solicitors and non-qualified staff
• Take on mentoring responsibilities if more experienced
• Engage with an established local client base
• Attend the office for client appointments (1 day WFH offered otherwise)
• Contribute to a collaborative, growth‑focused team culture
