This is a blank canvas opportunity to join an ambitious and growing firm at salaried Partner level. You will have the freedom to build your own team in Altrincham, shape your approach to business development, and be the face of the firm's family law offering in the region.
There is no expectation to hit targets for the first six months, just space and support to establish yourself and lay the groundwork. With a stellar platform, solid support, and a culture that celebrates personality and progression, you will have everything you need to thrive.
Who we’re looking for:- 7+ PQE Family Solicitor
- Strong experience in divorce and finance matters
- Legal 500 background or experience working on high-quality files (Desirable)
- Local presence and understanding of the South Manchester market
- Comfortable working with centralised support rather than 1:1
- Passionate about BD and networking
- Mentoring experience or an interest in developing others (Desirable)
- Dynamic, collaborative, and assertive – someone who brings energy to the team
- Build and run a family law caseload from scratch
- Focus on high-quality finance work and HNW clients
- Develop your own client following and be a visible presence in the local market
- Network locally and lead business development activity
- Contribute to the growth of the firm’s Altrincham office
- Longer-term, build and lead your own team
- Flexible hybrid working – 1–2 days from home
- Work from the modern Altrincham office in the Stamford Quarter
- 10%+ bonus potential on salary for exceeding targets
