Are you a junior property solicitor looking to specialise in real estate finance? This is a rare opportunity to build a niche, future-proof skill set in bridging and development finance while gaining hands-on experience and mentoring from a commercially minded Partner. You’ll be joining a supportive and fast-growing team with a great culture and genuine progression opportunities.
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor or due to qualify soon – NQ–2 PQE in commercial or residential property
- Some experience or a keen interest in real estate finance, including bridging and development loans
- Exposure to commercial property transactions and confidence managing transactional work
- Strong drafting skills, particularly with finance or security documents (Desired)
- Ambitious, commercially aware and keen to learn from experienced mentors (E)
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Head of Real Estate on bridging and development finance transactions for lender clients
- Drafting and reviewing facility agreements, security documentation, and conducting title checks
- Managing small transactions independently once up to speed
- Liaising with clients, lenders and stakeholders throughout the transaction process
- Gaining exposure to a variety of commercial property work including acquisitions, disposals and leases
Salary & benefits:
- Up to £50,000, depending on experience
- Flexible working: 1 day per week work from home
