Here, you’ll genuinely handle the full spectrum, from wills and probate through to trusts, LPAs and Court of Protection matters, within a busy and established team that already has strong workflows and consistent demand. You’ll inherit a successful existing caseload from day one, with plenty of autonomy and support where needed. This would suit someone who enjoys running their own files, wants trust and flexibility, and prefers a down-to-earth environment over a corporate or heavily managed culture.
Who we’re looking for:
- Experienced Private Client Paralegal
- Experience running your own wills and probate caseload
- Broad private client experience desirable, including trusts, LPAs and probate
- Strong IT skills and comfortable working in a paper-light environment
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Someone who enjoys autonomy and managing their own workload
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a varied private client caseload
- Handling probate and estate administration matters
- Drafting wills and advising on tax mitigation
- Preparing LPAs and Court of Protection applications
- Advising elderly and vulnerable clients
- Supporting business development activity where appropriate
