The firm is looking for an Experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their Leigh office. You’ll inherit a successful existing caseload from day one, with plenty of autonomy and support where needed. This would suit someone who enjoys running their own files, wants trust and flexibility, and prefers a down-to-earth environment over a corporate or heavily managed culture.

  • Experienced Private Client Paralegal
  • Experience running your own wills and probate caseload
  • Broad private client experience desirable, including trusts, LPAs and probate

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a varied private client caseload
  • Handling probate and estate administration matters
  • Drafting wills and advising on tax mitigation
  • Preparing LPAs and Court of Protection applications
  • Advising elderly and vulnerable clients
  • Supporting business development activity where appropriate
