What you’ll be doing:
- Running a mixed commercial property caseload
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals, leases and general landlord & tenant matters
- Supporting on real estate finance transactions
- Building up to consistent billings
- Attending local networking and business development events
- Contributing to the team’s long-term growth plan
