  • Start with a manageable caseload
  • Be part of a growing team with real progression into senior/supervisory roles
  • Work in a pod structure where support, mentoring and shared success actually happen

This is a role where you’re not expected to firefight from day one.

You’ll step into a residential property team that’s grown quickly and is still expanding.

Rather than being overloaded, you’ll start with a sensible caseload and build from there, giving you the space to focus on quality, client relationships and getting properly embedded in the team.

In the first 6–12 months, the focus is on running your own files confidently, getting to grips with the pod structure, and becoming a reliable point of contact for clients and introducers.

You’ll also start to support more junior colleagues, helping maintain standards across the team.

Longer term, there’s a clear route into becoming a senior figure within the department, whether that’s handling more complex transactions, mentoring others, or stepping into a supervisory role as the team continues to grow.

The environment strikes a balance that’s quite hard to find: structured and professional, but genuinely people-focused.

There’s a strong emphasis on communication, collaboration and doing things properly, without the pressure of rigid billing targets hanging over you.

  • Who we’re looking for
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX with 3+ years’ conveyancing experience

  • Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (Desired)
  • Interest in building relationships with agents/referrers (Desired)
  • Calm, methodical and client-focused approach
  • What you’ll be doing
  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
  • Handling a mix of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and transfers
  • Drafting contracts, reviewing titles and raising enquiries
  • Liaising with agents, lenders and clients throughout transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members within the pod
  • Contributing to strong client care and smooth transaction progression
  • Salary & Benefits
  • Attendance bonus
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
  • Birthday leave + recharge day
  • Additional leave with length of service
  • Hybrid/flexible working options
