You’ll become a key point of support for clients and families during challenging moments, working closely with health and social care professionals, rehabilitation teams, and other specialists. You’ll receive full supervision, technical development and a clear route for progression within an uplifting and collaborative environment.

Who we’re looking for:

  • NQ–3 PQE Solicitor or CILEX
  • Passion for supporting vulnerable clients and managing sensitive situations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients, families, and professionals
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and work proactively
  • Mental Health Accreditation (Desired) – support provided if you’d like to obtain it

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle your own meaningful and varied caseload
  • Support clients, families, and professionals through best-interest decisions
  • Draft applications, correspond with courts and third parties, and manage Legal Aid requirements
  • Build relationships and become a recognised specialist
  • Contribute to team and firmwide development initiatives
  • Ensure strong financial control, accurate time recording and compliant Legal Aid billing
  • Work collaboratively in a supportive, expert environment

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary + firm-wide annual bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working (2–3 days in the office)
  • Part-time considered (4 days pw, depending on experience)
  • 35-hour week with flexibility where required
