- £45,000–£60,000 plus twice-yearly bonuses based on overall firm performance
- Build your financial remedy expertise as the team grows its HNW offering, including matters involving £10m+ assets
- 2 days working from home, a clear progression roadmap and monthly career coaching from senior leadership
If you’re a Family Solicitor who wants to develop stronger financial remedy expertise without moving into the long-hours culture of a larger city firm, this Altrincham role offers an interesting middle ground.
You’ll join a growing private family boutique as it invests in expanding its HNW practice. There’s already sophisticated work within the team, including divorces involving assets exceeding £10 million, and you’ll handle a manageable caseload of around 15 active matters across finances and private children.
The firm is specifically looking for someone at the mid-level who can independently run matters and conduct initial consultations, while still wanting to learn and progress. You’ll have a Senior Associate buddy from day one, regular one-to-ones focused on your development and opportunities to build your personal profile through networking and business development.
It’s also a genuinely close-knit environment. Work is allocated fairly, office-hours working is the norm and team activities happen during the working day rather than eating into your evenings. With further growth planned, including expansion into Liverpool in
2027, you’ll be joining at a point where there’s plenty of opportunity to grow with the practice.
