Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fire & Security Sales Manager role based in Aberdeen.
The Fire & Security Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for fire and security systems, from identifying new business opportunities to managing existing client accounts.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to convert opportunities into sales.
The role involves working closely with technical and installation teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and comply with relevant standards.
The Fire & Security Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and maintain accurate records of sales pipelines and performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in fire and/or security system sales, with strong skills in consultative selling and account management.
- Proficiency in developing proposals, pricing solutions, and negotiating commercial terms with business clients.
- Knowledge of fire safety and security products, systems, and relevant regulations or industry standards.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging decision-makers.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management and accurate reporting.
- Capacity to work independently on-site, using sound judgment to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
- Experience in the Aberdeen or wider Scottish business environment is an advantage.
