About Really Wild Clothing
Really Wild Clothing is a luxury British fashion brand, blending timeless design with the finest
craftsmanship. Known for our use of heritage fabrics such as tweed, wool, cashmere, and Liberty silk, we work closely with expert artisans and manufacturers to create pieces that embody sophistication, tradition, and style.
This role is pivotal to ensuring the production team are supported to meet deadlines whilst working under pressure.
Role Overview
The Production Admin Assistant will support Production Managers and Head of Production to ensure that deadlines are met and efficiencies created.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask to prioritise deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sample Management & Logistics
- Track all samples within Really Wild CLothin both within business locations and externally to ensure visability at all times.
- Following up with manufacturers on sample and production dispatch and escalating where necessary.
- Organising deliveries via couriers as required and communicating internally their arrival or any anticipated delays.
2. Supply Chain & Inventory Tracking
- Ensuring that all orders and deliveries for fabric and trims are logged and tracked and Head of Production is notified for approval of invoices.
- Tracking any fabric and trim orders that are in transit and ensuring stakeholders are notified and kept updated.
- Working closely with intake of samples and production in Theale and updating senior management as required.
3. Quality Control & Fitting Support
- Open and log sample packages immediately upon arrival and pass to the relevant department for review.
- Working with Design and Garment Tech to streamline the sample approval process.
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) on delivered product under the supervision of the Senior Garment Tech ensuring Really Wild Clothing’s quality and manufacturing standards are met.
- Updating relevant departments on QC findings.
- Send pictures of delivered product (once QC approved) to key stakeholders for visibility of available product.
- Support the Garment Technologist and Production Manager in preparing for fit sessions.
- Arranging fit model appointments as required
- Note taking of fit comments during the fit session, dictated by the Technologist
- Provide technical information to digital and marketing teams ensuring product information is accurately aligned across the business.
4. Documentation / Administration & Data Management
- Responsible for managing the budget sheets within Really Wild Clothing, including inputting invoices, recording whether orders are samples, fabric, bulk production etc.
- Responsible for all internal documents and trackers and ensuring their accuracy. Keeping these up to date including but not limited to:
- All PD and Bulk trackers updated including the Product Pack and Range Plan
- Minute taking as required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Ability to be highly organised and organise others without impacting the relationship
- Have high level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise the needs of this role and the Production Team.
- Good working knowledge of Zedonk, MS Office and web systems such as Canva.
- Data Entry experience with the ability to use formula’s, enter and manage data accurately and with speed
- High level of communication skills, being able to work efficiently in a team and independently, enhance relationships quickly whether this is in person, virtually or through written form.
- Experience of minute taking accurately.
